TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Bronte Scullion ABN: 24716308621 to you. Upon booking an appointment with Makeup by Bronte, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 

 

SECURING / AMENDING YOUR BOOKING: 

All deposits are non - refundable therefore you will not be refunded in the case of a cancellation/change of mind. Any cancellations or changes made on the day of your booked appointment will require the remaining balance to be paid for your reserved service. If you have given more than 48 hours notice and need to postpone your booked appointment under Bronte's discretion you may be able to reschedule the appointment depending on her availability and the circumstance. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in the cancellation of your booking, and the remaining balance will need to be paid. Any appointments before 7am will incur a $15 early fee.

The remaining payment is to be settled on the day of your appointment and can be paid via exact cash or eftpos. Please note, all eftpos payments do incur a 1.9% square surcharge. 

Bronte Scullion reserves the right to refuse service if the client is displaying contagious symptoms including but not limited to vomiting, fever, coughing, diarrhoea, conjunctivitis or cold sores. Therefore your deposit will not be refunded, if you are displaying contagious symptoms. Bronte Scullion is not under any circumstances, responsible or liable for any allergic reactions to products used. The responsibility is on the client to give notice to Bronte about any allergies prior to your appointment.

 

TRAVEL/ PARKING:

All bookings outside of Bronte's studio in Burleigh Waters, will incur a travel fee. The client is responsible to cover any hotel/street parking costs.

 

BRIDAL:

A non - refundable deposit is required to secure your bridal booking and is non transferable. Additional surcharges may also be added if the amount of guests being serviced reduces below Bronte's booking minimum. If the number is reduced below the booking minimum, the original amount will still have to be paid. If there are any adjustments made to the location or booking you must give at least 4 weeks notice and the travel price may increase depending on the location. 

The remaining balance is to be paid a week before the wedding and no earlier. This can be done via bank transfer to the details attached in your invoice. *Any extra payments you have made to your invoice additional to the required deposit ahead of the required deadline is your responsibility, and if for some reason you cancel or reschedule your booking with me, these extra funds are non- refundable. 

*Interstate & International destination weddings are available upon request. Flights and accomodation are required, and will be further discussed when inquiring.
